Why do I get errors when trying to connect pieces of evidence?

Why do I get these errors when I try to connect pieces of evidence?

  • “Cloudscript API Request Error” 
  • “Input_Item_Invalid” 

That error pops up because the server is saying you do not have the correct items to solve that case. We are looking into why the evidence disappears and how to fix it. Thank you for your patience.
